Pickled Watermelon Salad


2/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/3 cup Apple Cider
¼ cup DCD White Chocolate Raspberry Honey Mustard
1 T Salt, Kosher
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 medium Red Onion, sliced thin
4 each Pickling Cucumbers, sliced
1 personal sized watermelon
Fresh Basil, for garnish


  • Mix Apple Cider Vinegar, Apple Cider, White Chocolate Raspberry Honey Mustard, Salt and Pepper and stir well.
  • Add sliced onions and Cucumbers and toss well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2-24 hours.
  • Cut Watermelon into small cubes and place in large serving bowl. Add pickled Onions and Cucumbers and gently toss to incorporate.
  • Garnish with lightly chopped fresh Basil
