Roasted Caribbean Sweet Potatoes

Sweet Potatoes

4 sweet potatoes
DCD Caribbean Cocoa Seasoning Blend
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Maple syrup


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Cut sweet potatoes
  3. Place sweet potatoes in a bowl, drizzle olive oil, sprinkle DCD Caribbean Cocoa Seasoning Blend (to taste), sprinkle salt and pepper (to taste), toss thoroughly to spread seasonings evenly.
  4. Bake for 60 minutes, or until desired tenderness.
  5. Prior to serving, place under broiler for 2-4 minutes for a slightly charred finish.
  6. Drizzle with maple syrup and serve!
