4 cups cooked chicken, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1 tablespoon tarragon, chopped fine
½ cup DCD White Chocolate Lemon Peppercorn Dressing
½ cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper, to taste
12-14 slices whole grain bread
1 package mixed field greens
1. Place chicken, celery and tarragon into a medium bowl. Add dressing and mayo, stirring gently to combine.
2. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. To assemble, top slices of bread with chicken salad and field greens. Top with remaining slices of bread, cut in half, and serve.
