3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
2 Tablespoons DCD Sweet ‘N’ Spicy Cocoa Rub
1 Pound of uncooked, cleaned shrimp
1 medium onion, sliced
1 ½ cups Bell Peppers (Any Color) sliced
8 Six-inch flour tortillas
½ Cup DCD Roasted Chipotle Chocolate Salsa
In a medium bowl, combine shrimp, Cocoa Spice Rub, and 1 tablespoon of oil; set aside. In a large sauté pan over medium-high heat, combine oil, onions, and peppers. Sauté until tender, remove from pan and set aside. In the same pan over medium-high heat, add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add in the peppers and onions and cook for an addition 1-2 minutes. Serve with warm tortillas and Roasted Chipotle Chocolate Salsa.
