3 Tbsp. Sweet ‘n’ Spicy Cocoa Rub, divided
2 cups DCD Sweet ‘n’ Smoky Chocolate BBQ Sauce (or DCD Chipotle Hot Sauce if you want a kick!)
4 cups precooked chicken, shredded or cubed
16 ea. DCD Pure Dark Sea Salt or Espresso Rounds
8 oz sour cream
2 tomatoes, diced
3 cups shredded lettuce
2 cups shredded cheese
6-8 medium flour tortillas
1. In a large sauté pan over medium heat, toast 2 tablespoons cocoa rub for 30-60 seconds, or until fragrant.
2. Add BBQ sauce and chicken and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and drop in chocolate rounds. Stir until completely melted. Keep warm.
3. In a small bowl, stir together remaining cocoa rub and sour cream. Assemble tacos by spreading a thin layer of Cocoa Sour Cream on each tortilla, then topping with a spoonful of the chicken mixture, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Enjoy!
