Cocoa Raspberry Balsamic Glazed Ham & Peppery Potatoes

Ingredients

5-10 pound fully cooked ham

DCD Cocoa Raspberry Balsamic Glaze

 

Directions

  1. Prepare ham according to instructions.
  2. During last fifteen minutes of baking cycle, remove ham from oven.
  3. Coat entire surface with DCD Cocoa Raspberry Glaze and return to oven.
  4. Remove from oven and enjoy!

 

Peppery Cocoa Raspberry Balsamic Glazed Potatoes

Ingredients

1 pound New Potatoes or 2-3 Yukon Gold Potatoes

DCD Cocoa Raspberry Balsamic Glaze

Freshly Cracked Black Pepper

Directions

  1.  Leave New Potatoes whole or cut Yukon Gold Potatoes to desired size.
  2. Boil potatoes until tender, taking care to not overcook and break apart.
  3. Drain potatoes and transfer to sauté pan. Add 2-3 tablespoons DCD Cocoa Raspberry Balsamic Glaze and coat potatoes evenly.
  4. Cook on medium heat until glaze begins to boil and remove from heat.
  5. Generously apply freshly cracked Black Pepper and stir potatoes to evenly coat.
