Grilled Shrimp Salad Tossed with White Chocolate Lemon Peppercorn Dressing

Ingredients

16/20 Shrimp, Sautéed, Lemon, Pepper                20 each

Chilled

White Chocolate Lemon Peppercorn                      1 cup

Vegetable Fresh Lettuce Spring Mix (Mesclun)  1 lb

Vegetable Fresh Pepper Red – Seeded, Out       1 each

Lengthwise into quarters, sliced crosswise  1/8”

Red Onion (cut into rings)                                            1 small

Fruit Mango, cut                                                               1

Nut of choice, chopped                                                 2 tbsp

Directions

In bowl, place mesclun, red pepper, red onion rings, , diced mango, 4 shrimp, and ladle Vinaigrette over. Sprinkle topping of choice and enjoy!
