- 2 batches DCD White Chocolate Baking Mix, prepared as 2 – 8” cake rounds
- 2 batches DCD White Chocolate Mousse or DCD Buttercream Frosting, prepared
- 2 pints Strawberries, fresh, rinsed and sliced
- Bake cake rounds and allow to cool.
- Spread one batch of Mousse on bottom layer of cake and arrange strawberry slices to cover.
- Place second cake on top and cover with second batch of Mousse.
- Arrange remaining strawberry slices in decorative pattern.
- Slice and serve!!
