White Chocolate Strawberry Shortcake

S16 -short cake

  • 2 batches DCD White Chocolate Baking Mix, prepared as 2 – 8” cake rounds
  • 2 batches DCD White Chocolate Mousse or DCD Buttercream Frosting, prepared
  • 2 pints Strawberries, fresh, rinsed and sliced



  1. Bake cake rounds and allow to cool.
  2. Spread one batch of Mousse on bottom layer of cake and arrange strawberry slices to cover.
  3. Place second cake on top and cover with second batch of Mousse.
  4. Arrange remaining strawberry slices in decorative pattern.
  5. Slice and serve!!
