Grilled Cocoa Raspberry Balsamic Glazed Tomato Skewers

S16 - tomato skewers

Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 1-2 hours

4 cherry or grape tomatoes per skewer

1 tsp DCD Cocoa Raspberry Balsamic Glaze per skewer

1 tsp olive or canola oil per skewer

Salt and Pepper to taste



  1. Whisk Cocoa Raspberry Balsamic Glaze and Oil vigorously and set aside
  2. Place four tomatoes on each skewer
  3. Brush all tomatoes with the oil/glaze mixture
  4. Place on grill or griddle for 2-3 minutes and then turn over once
  5. Brush with remaining glaze and oil and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes
  6. Tomatoes should be slightly charred and wrinkled but skin should be intact
