White Chocolate Chicken Chili


4 Jalapenos, diced

2 tbsp. Sweet ‘N’ Spicy Cocoa Rub

1 lb. chicken thighs, cut into ½ cubes

1 ½ tsp garlic powder

1 medium onion

1 tbsp. vegetable oil

2 cans great northern white beans, rinse and drained

1 can chicken broth

1 tsp salt

1 tsp oregano

1 cup sour cream

½ cup heavy cream

2 cans diced green chilis



Toast Cocoa Rub for 1-2 minutes over medium heat, reserve.

In a large saucepan, saute chicken, onion and garlic powder in oil until chicken is no longer pink.

Add beans, chilis, Cocoa Rub, other seasonings, and chicken broth.

Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Remove from heat, stir in sour cream and whipping cream.
