1 batch White Chocolate Cupcakes, prepared
1 packet White Chocolate Raspberry Daiquiri Mix
2 cups Heavy Cream
- Bake 1 batch White Chocolate cupcakes
- Mix White Chocolate Raspberry Daiquiri Mix and cream together in mixer. Whip at medium to medium-high speed until cream has thick mousse-like consistency and has medium to stiff peaks.
- Decorate cupcakes with Raspberry Cream using spatula or filled pastry bag with star tip.
