1. Bake 1 batch White Chocolate Meyer Lemon cupcakes or layer cake.
2. After cake has cooled completely, cut into 1 inch square pieces.
3. Mix Frosty White Chocolate Smoothie Mix and cream together in mixer until cream has thick mousse-like consistency and has medium to stiff peaks.
4. In a trifle bowl, layer fruit, cake and cream, making sure to put cream layer on top, prior to topping with decorative fruit.
5. Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
