White Chocolate Honey Mustard Coleslaw

Creamy Chocolate Fig Balsamic Potato Salad with Sweet ‘N’ Spicy Cocoa BaconIngredients

2 Tbsp White Chocolate Lemon Peppercorn Dressing

2 Tbsp Mayonnaise

2 tsp Honey

2 tsp Spicy Mustard

1 ea 14 ounce bag shredded coleslaw blend

½ red bell pepper, julienne strips

2 Tbsp red onion, julienne strips

Salt and Pepper, to taste

 

Preparation

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine first four ingredients and whisk until well blended.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix to thoroughly coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate. Allow to refrigerate overnight before serving.
