Chocolate Fig Balsamic Pasta Salad
8 Ounces spiral pasta, cooked and drained
1 Red Bell Pepper, Diced
1 Medium Cucumber, seeded and Diced
1 Cup of Broccoli florets
½ Cup Diced Red Onion
½ Cup Shredded Carrots
½ cup Cubed provolone or mozzarella cheese
¾ Cup DCD Chocolate Fig Balsamic Vinaigrette

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss.  Chill until meal-time.

DCD Fresh Green Salad

Ingredients:
6 cups Mixed Greens
½ cup Goat Cheese, crumbled
½ cup yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup fresh raspberries
½ cup Chocolate Covered Cranberries & Pecans
½ cup Cocoa Raspberry Balsamic Glaze

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss.  Chill until meal-time.

Lemon Peppercorn Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
4 cups cooked chicken, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1 tablespoon tarragon, chopped fine
½ cup DCD White Chocolate Lemon Peppercorn Dressing
½ cup mayonnaise
12-14 slices whole grain bread
1 package mixed field greens

Directions:
1. Place chicken, celery and tarragon into a medium bowl. Add dressing and mayo, stirring gently to combine.
2. Season salt and pepper, to taste. To assemble, top slices of bread with chicken salad and field greens. Top with remaining slices of bread, cut in half, and serve.
