½ cup heavy cream
32 oz plain yogurt (greek or regular)
1 packet DCD White Chocolate Meyer Lemon Frosting Mix (use leftover from White Chocolate Meyer Lemon Blondie Bars)
1 pound strawberries, rinsed and sliced
1 pint raspberries, rinsed
1 ½ cups DCD Choco Granola Fruit Crunch
1) In a medium bowl with an electric beater, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Fold in yogurt and Frosting Mix.
2) Create parfait by spooning alternate layers of Yogurt/Frosting Mixture, strawberries, raspberries and granola. Finish with a layer of granola.
