Meyer-Lemon Blueberry Crunch Muffins


1 Box DCD White Chocolate Meyer-Lemon Baking Mix
¾ Cup plain, greek yogurt
2 eggs
1/3 Cup milk
¾ Cup blueberries
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1 Cup DCD Choco-Granola Fruit Crunch
2 Tbsp coarse sugar (optional)

1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2.) In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine DCD White Chocolate Meyer Lemon Baking Mix, yogurt, eggs, and milk. Mix thoroughly until combined

3.) In a separate bowl, toss blueberries with flour to coat. Gently stir into muffin batter

4.) Line muffin pan with liners and fill each cavity 2/3 full with batter

5.) Sprinkle each muffin with DCD Choco-Fruit Crunch Granola and coarse sugar

6.) Bake for 14-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
