Truffle Fudge Molten S’more Cake

8 cakes

1 box DCD Molten Lava Chocolate Cake Mix
3 eggs
1 stick butter
8 ea. large marshmallows
8 ea. DCD Dark or Milk Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers, crushed


1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare Molten Lava Chocolate Cake batter according to directions.

2. Lightly grease a cupcake pan with butter. Fill 8 cavities 1/3 full with Lava Cake Batter.

3. Press a large marshmallow into the center of each filled cavity, and spoon remaining batter evenly over the top.

4. Bake cakes for 15-17 minutes, or until the outside of the cakes are set, but the centers are still molten.

5. Let cakes cool for about 5-7 minutes, then run a knife along the inside edge of the cakes and remove. Serve inverted with a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers.
