Cocoa-Spiced Sliders with Chocolate Red Wine Aioli

8 sliders


1 lb. ground beef
2 tablespoons DCD Sweet ‘n’ Spicy Cocoa Rub
2 teaspoons salt
¼ cup DCD Dark Chocolate Red Wine Cooking Sauce
¼ cup mayonnaise
Lettuce and Tomato
8 Small hamburger or slider buns


1. For the slider patties: Preheat grill. Combine ground beef, Rub and salt in a medium bowl. Mix until combined and then shape into eight uniform patties. Cook to preferred doneness.

2. For the aioli: In a small bowl, whisk together Cooking Sauce and mayonnaise.

3. Assembly: Cut each bun in half, placing a slider patty on the bottom half. Top with lettuce, tomato and 1-2 teaspoons of the Chocolate Red Wine Aioli.
