White Chocolate Mango Granita

July Mango GranitaIngredients:

٠2 packets DCD Mango Mojito Mix
٠½ cup Orange Juice
٠½ cup water
٠1 cup white wine
٠1 box DCD Dark or Milk Chocolate petite dessert cups
٠DCD Chef Series White Chocolate, shaved for garnish


1. In a medium saucepan over medium low heat, combine Mojito Mix, Orange Juice and water. Whisk until Mojito Mix is completely dissolved and then remove from heat. Stir in white wine and let cool.

2. Pour mixture into sealable plastic container and freeze overnight. Using a spoon, scrape frozen mixture to create a ‘granita’ texture. Spoon granita into dessert cups, garnish with shaved white chocolate and serve!
