Cocoa Spiced Tortilla Chips

What You’ll Need:

2-3 teaspoons DCD Sweet ‘n’ Spicy Cocoa Rub

2 tablespoons butter, melted

8 corn or flour tortillas (6” diameter)

Salt, to taste

½ jar DCD Roasted Chipotle Chocolate Salsa, for dipping

 Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Stir together Cocoa Rub and butter. Brush mixture onto one side of tortillas. Cut each tortilla into 12 wedges and place onto a foil-lined baking sheet.

3. Bake for 9-10 minutes, or until crisp and golden brown. Immediately sprinkle with salt, to taste. Let tortillas cool completely, and serve with Roasted Chipotle Chocolate Salsa (tortillas will continue to crisp as they cool).
