Double Dipped Pretzels

What you will need
• 1 box DCD Chocolate Covered Pretzels, unwrapped
• ½ pound (4 bars) DCD Chef Series Dark Chocolate
• ½ pound (4 bars) DCD Chef Series Milk Chocolate
• 4 oz (2 bars) DCD Chef Series White Chocolate
• 2 tablespoons DCD Chardonnay Wine Brittle and/or DCD Cinnamon Dusted Almonds, crushed
• 2 tablespoons assorted toppings, such as sprinkles, toasted coconut, marshmallows, etc.


1. In separate bowls, melt each Chef Series Chocolate flavor in the microwave at 20-second intervals, stirring between each interval.
2. Drizzle and/or dip the pretzels into the different chocolates. Get creative with the different toppings1 (A champagne flute works best for dipping, and snipped plastic zipper bags are perfect for drizzling)!
3. Place your dipped and drizzled creations onto a sheet tray lined with foil or parchment paper, and place into the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. Enjoy!
*Chef’s Tip: Make a delicious gift for a friend! Just place each pretzel into a small cellophane bag (found at any craft store) and tie it up with some decorative ribbon!
