Cocoa-Ginger Beef Teriyaki


What you will need:

1 Pound Flank Steak
¼ Cup Soy Sauce
¼ Cup Water
½ Cup Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp DCD Sweet ‘N’ Spicy Cocoa Rub
2 Teaspoons DCD Zesty Ginger Sea Salt


In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, water, brown sugar and DCD cocoa spice rub. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. When sauce is cooled, marinate flank steak in half of the sauce for 2-4 hours. Grill or sauté steak to preferred doneness, basting with the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with DCD Zesty Ginger Sea Salt right before serving.
