Chef Mark’s Tip of the Day: Healthier Meyer Lemon Cupcakes

Love our White Chocolate Meyer Lemon cupcakes, but want to trim out some fat and/or calories? No problem.

Just substitute 2/3 cup of your favorite yogurt for the butter called for  on the box directions. Bake them up as directed and let cool.

For the frosting, use a reduced fat cream cheese in place of regular. Whip up as directed and frost on your cupcakes!
