2 tablespoons Sweet ‘n’ Spicy Cocoa Rub, divided
1 cup DCD Sweet ‘n’ Smoky Chocolate BBQ Sauce
2 cups precooked chicken, shredded or cubed
1 oz (1/2 bar) DCD Chef Series Dark Chocolate
8 oz sour cream
1 package 6-inch flour tortillas
1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
2 tomatoes, chopped
½ cup shredded cheese
1. In a medium sauté pan over medium heat, toast 1 tablespoon cocoa rub.
2. Add BBQ sauce and chicken and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and add in chocolate. Stir until completely melted.
3. In a small bowl, stir together remaining cocoa rub and sour cream. Assemble tacos by spreading a thin layer of Cocoa Sour Cream on each tortilla, then topping with a spoonful of the chicken mixture, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Enjoy!
